Yes — that is the point of RankEdge. Tell us the domain name you want and we register it, connect it to your site, and set up email addresses on it. You never touch a DNS record. Already own a domain? We connect it for you, or hand us the keys and we manage it entirely.
Two things, both included: your site gets a server all to itself (most hosts make sites share), and we store copies of your pages in data centers around the world so they load from wherever your visitor happens to be. Your customers just notice it feels instant.
An SLA (service level agreement) is our written promise your site stays reachable at least 99.9% of every month — under 45 minutes of downtime. We measure this continuously (the measurements are called SLIs — service level indicators) and publish the numbers. If we miss the mark, you automatically get account credit.
After checkout, reply to your welcome email with your current hosting login (or a backup file). We move the site within 24 hours, verify it pixel-for-pixel on a preview link, and switch it over when you say go.
